Chef
Chef Audrey Craig has almost three decades of culinary leadership and training in some of the finest public and private dining facilities in the US. We retrieved her from the Midwest where she had completed a number of restaurant projects including the conversion of Blue Fish in Columbus, Ohio.
Michael Vella
General Manager
Michael grew up on the small island of Malta in the middle of the Mediterranean where life rotates around friends, family and food. He brings that lifestyle to his work providing an exceptional dining experience in a comfortable setting that makes for long time guests and rave reviews.
